BO RAE does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Change of mind

Sale Items
Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless deemed faulty.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can work towards a solution as quickly as possible.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Refunds are only offered for items deemed faulty upon assessment by BO RAE.
Shipping & Delivery
Once parcels have been shipped, BO RAE is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays caused by postal carriers
- Parcels lost in transit
- External factors outside of our control
We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely once your order has been dispatched.
