Dispatch Times

All orders are dispatched within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Australia Shipping

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.

• Standard Shipping: $11 AUD for orders below $180 AUD.

• Free Standard Shipping: Available on Australian orders of $180 AUD or more.

• Express Shipping: $16 AUD.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• Standard: 3–5 business days.

• Express: 1–3 business days.

New Zealand Shipping

Hey NZ troublemakers! Your BO RAE fix just got a whole lot closer.

We offer tracked international shipping to New Zealand via Australia Post.

Shipping rates

New Zealand shipping starts from $24.95 AUD, with rates calculated according to parcel weight.

Shipping charges are displayed in NZD at checkout and may vary with currency conversion.

Australian free-shipping offers do not apply to New Zealand orders.

Online checkout currently supports parcels up to 3kg. For larger orders, please contact us at info@borae.com.au for assistance.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

International delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, remote destinations or carrier delays.

Customs, duties and import fees

BO RAE ships from Australia.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges or additional fees imposed by New Zealand authorities or delivery providers are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless expressly stated at checkout.

Not all orders will attract additional charges. We recommend checking New Zealand's import requirements before placing an order.

If a parcel is refused or cannot be delivered due to unpaid import charges, additional return or handling costs may apply.

Tracking and Delivery Estimates

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can stalk your parcel like the rest of us.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at info@borae.com.au. We'll help you investigate with Australia Post and work towards a resolution.
